Due to the current long waiting times to see a mental health specialist, we have decided to hold a group space for those who have questions about mental health or need guidance on relationship and family situations.
On Thursday, 29th April, between 6.30-8.30pm our team of registered counsellors, mental health and family practitioners will be answering your questions on topics of depression, anxiety, emotional well-being, relationships, parenthood, as well as separation and divorce.
We are a research-based Counselling Practice for Couples, Families and Individuals, and believe that the better access families have to information about mental health, the healthier they can be.
